The Plan
A giant warehouse in Garment State, A person walks in and through the Packing of finished products. On one side inspectors inspect product and move it into the packing. As he walks through he passes the packing section and then packing into the cartons. He walks pass the loading dock to exist the warehouse and enters into another temporary 10x10 building.
He steps into the building , pulls the envelope from his winter coat and throws it in front of Another person.
