Chapter 22

The Pursuit

David is sitting in front of Declan.

"It was that incident. I could only hear up to that point, my piece might have been discovered and destroyed at that point. "

David takes a pause. He frowns his glowing black face , looking down which he does when he does some critical thinking. He has never been a good Poker player.

"If they destroyed my piece, they should still be holding me"

Declan's face has been grin the whole time 

He murmurs "My sins come back to haunt my family"

"Did you say something Declan"

"No Dave. I know what I need to do"

"Which is what"

"I need to be proactive and attack him first instead of sitting duck. I can not risk Julie or Angelina's life . if he wants to hurt me , let him hurt me. I want to make sure he does not go after my family"
