Chapter 8

The Enemy

While Declan was fighting , a set of eyes were observing that incident through a window in a tall building, through a night vision telescope. Angar has been following him for a while now. He found his man!

Declan, a dishonorably discharged ex-Marine. 
 
Angar continues to observe as a police patrol car first and minutes after an ambulance.
 
He was satisfied. He packs his things. 

Meanwhile in the other side, two folks in full suite approach Declan.

Angar descends from the building..

The suites approach Declan..

Angar gets to  the ground level. One last time he pulls his night vision Bino and checks out Declan as he talks to the suites
